Obviously calling a Licensed Contractor is not on the minds of most people asking questions on this site. They are on here to find out if there is a alternative to calling and Electricain, Plumber, AC technician, Carpenter, Concrete finisher, etc…..
Why do so many people anwer a question with that stupid piece of advice? Duh….The only reason people are on her is to avoid the expense of calling the professional or to have some insight about their problem so that when they do call a pro they are not ripped off.
