I am in the market for a new car, with around a $5000 budget. I want a good economy car, most likely a 4 cylinder, but I want it to be able to go fast when I want it to. For example, I have a friend who keeps talking up his Saab 900 turbo. What are some cars that get good mileage, but still have some power.
