I am soooo wondering what is the deal with people not washing their ears. The majority of people that I have dated in the past barely ever wash their ears, and I was just wondering how many people would respond to this question honestly. Please let me know..Do you fall into the :
A) Of course I wash them category
B)The only when I remember to category
or C)What?!! My mother never told me that I had to wash my ears, lol. Please respond honestly :). Enquiring minds would like to know

I think the time has come for overweight to start pulling their weight a bit more. There are so many problems associated with obessity. We go after smokers by taxing the hell out of their habit why do overweight people get a free ride? And please dont tell me that they cant help it. Poor eating habits is a learned behavior that they choose not to change. I am not a smoker or overweight. I work a full time job as does my wife but we still manage to provide a decent and wholesome meal for our kids every day. Dont tell me some poor unfortunate people cant afford to cook healthy. Because there are just as many middle and upper class overweight people too. This is not ment to offend anyone only provide intellingent conversation.

I have seriously high bills that I can’t pay. But I don’t know how to approach the people I owe that money to and successfully talk them down. I’ve heard that it’s possible, and I’ve known some people that it worked for, but I’m clueless. Help?

My daughter is 11 months old and we are planning her birthday party we a a little bit behind but we hit a problem with how many people we should invite because with her dads side there are a lot of cousins that are teens and want to bring their boyfriends so that doubles the list then my side wants to be invited cuz they want to share in the day to but when you get all the people together it is like 60 people. I dont know what to do.

If you think people with mental illness can control their thinking & behaviors, then why is it a mental ILLNESS?

It’s a struggle when people say I can control my OCD, Depression, Anxiety, & Tourette’s Syndrome as an excuse for not being able to function normally like other people.

I’ve noticed that a lot of the time on Y!A, people who post questions aren’t actually looking for an answer, but instead a statement that will reinforce their opinion. Usually when someone responds with an answer they disagree with, they attempt to argue/debate with it. And other times, people are just trying to shove their opinion down your throat.

Anyone else notice this? Does it annoy you? Why do people do this?

Anyone know what the psychological terms are for people who take pride in human suffering or any psychological terms for the following:

People who are bullies.

People who like to torture others.

People who like to get entertainment from harassing others.

People who get their entertainment from watching others get hurt.

People who laugh and get personal joy in the embarrassment or humiliation of others.

I cannot understand why anybody would do any of the above and would like to know why they do. I know there are plenty of people out there who laugh and get personal joy in the embarrassment or humiliation of others. But I just cannot understand why?

Some people seem so set on this. It’s frustrating working in shelters, and seeing dogs come and go. Their are an estimated 400 million stray dogs alone in this world (not to mention cats, and other animals). Why are people so fixated on breeding, buying from pet stores, or back yard breeders? There are dogs of all ages, puppies to adults, mixed to pure breeds. But instead at Christmas everyone goes and buys a puppy. Not to mention the shelters that are overwhelmed with 8 month dogs in spring. There are shelters everywhere that are good, some are pounds and put the dogs to sleep after 72 hours. What does it take to get through to people? Dogs arn’t fashion accessories and they arn’t disposable!!! Does anyone feel this way too? How do I get people who ask or say that adopting is bad and taking on another dogs “problem” to understand?
I don’t know what adopting regulations at humane societies near you are like, but be warned that their are people who repeatedly adopt and kill dogs for various uses including hunting, and testing. Just know that “crazy animal rights people” while crazy, are usualy well intentioned.

I am tired of people always asking me when I am going to have kids, I do want them, but when my partner and I are financially secure and out of debt. I am only 30. I am fed up of people asking and when I reply for this reason, they throw other things at me, such as my time is running out etc. I **** it and am loosing patience. What is a witty retort to this question?

Every site that I have found is for profit, and I haven’t found a “reverse lookup” service that’s free. The number is not a cell phone number and might be either residential or business.

If you know of one does it include reverse lookups for toll-free numbers?
