How many people suffer procrastination in their personal, work, or academic lives? How does it harm ?

Procrastination hurts everyone to some degree. I want to know how it affects people in their daily lives regarding school, work and personal matters including self development and relationships.
Does it prevent people from achieving heir goals, from even setting goals? Does it thwart business growth? Personal growth? How does it make people feel abut life, about themselves, about opportunities in life?

I wish i wasn’t such a procrastinator! It effects me on a personal level. At work if I have to get something done, it’s different cause thats my job. but when it comes to things like planning a personal trip, or daily thing like cleaning or plucking my eyebrows or exercising, I’m so Damn lazy! I wish it was different, but there is just always something else to do…
    (eye roll… blah!)

I do, but the good thing about it I find myself to be a better teacher. “Those who can’t do, teach.” Learn from your mistakes and where you went wrong, you may even find out your not spending enough time on play and the things you want to do. This is a big life and be a little free with it.
