I would say less than one percent or less than 190 people will try your sandwich shop in the first week of operation.

You must have a very good product coupled with excellent
and fast service before your regular clientele grows.

I just don’t understand why someone would want to open a sandwich shop, and not advertise?

That’s about 32 people per minute, every minute of that 10 hour day. Sounds kind of high even for a very busy place.

That said, a few will, but most would probably go someplace for lunch that they knew something about. Something like a sandwich type board outside showing specials, and prices, might help - but with 32 people a minute passing by, there might not be room for that.

You will have plenty to test your product (good time to work out the bugs in the operation)
If you deliver….good product, reasonable time..
Traffic will continue and grow
